Welcome to Munkegärdeskolan!

At Munkegärdeskolan, grades 7-9, all of our approximately 410 students are at the center.

We work for a good working climate that strengthens students' motivation, responsibility, and desire to learn. There is a good cohesion and relationship among the staff and students. The school has about 45 employees.

We need reliable and flexible substitute teachers who can work when our regular staff is absent. As a substitute teacher, you will be booked as needed, both at short notice and for planned absences.

Responsibilities

You will help create conditions for all students to learn and develop. You will substitute as a teacher and conduct lessons. You are flexible and feel confident in leading a group. You easily adapt to new situations and build good relationships with students and adults.

You may substitute for teachers, teach classes, and follow a plan. You control which days you are available to work. Your working hours may vary between 7:50 AM and 4:10 PM.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• You are attentive, flexible, and responsible.
• You meet each student according to their needs and circumstances.
• You have a relational approach.
• You are over 18 years old.
• You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous if you have experience working with students in grades 7-9. Experience as a leader for children's groups in sports activities or similar is also considered an advantage. Previous work in schools or with children and youth in community activities is also beneficial. Personal qualities are highly valued.
